In addition to all this Euroweekend, on Friday we were able to see the first design of what it will be the Eurovision 2022 stage. "The Sun Within" is the concept that has been chosen to create this year's stage. As you can see in the photos, there are arches that represent the sun, the water that represents the Mediterranean Sea and the scenery that represents Italy, a country where everyone is welcomed. In addition, this year the green room (the space where the participants rest after performing and while they know the scores) is going to be greener than ever, as it will be inspired by an Italian garden. Apart from all of the above, in two of the images you can see a semi-transparent screen at the end of the platform on the left, like the one we already had at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021, which will be used for some of the performances.
